Itinerary

3 days in Prague

A little about the capital of the Czech Republic

Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic, is a charming atmosphere of the Middle Ages. Prague is considered one of the most charming places in Europe. Here you will find skillful alternations of architectural styles from different eras. This city is famous for its interesting museums and a wonderful location, which offers a beautiful view of the Vltava River.

In 1992, the historical center of Prague was listed as a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage. In 2000, Prague was part of nine European Capitals of Culture.

Arriving in Prague, even in the weekend tour, be sure to visit the Charles Bridge and its towers and walk along the Royal Road. Charles Bridge is the brightest sight of the Czech capital. It connects the banks of Vltava and is a gallery of 30 sculptures. The Old Town Tower is also interesting because it was built simultaneously with the bridge, at the end of the 15th century, and contains the collection of musical instruments of the National Museum.

Mala Strana and Stare Mesto are central districts of Prague, a must-see for tourists. Mala Strana is now a district with many palaces and cathedrals. In the Middle Ages, artisans first lived there before the aristocracy. Mala Strana is a haven for artists, poets and musicians. The district center, Malostranske namesti, is a good place for a pleasant stay. Here you can sit in Malostranskaya Kavarna, a cafe with a hundred-year history, or you can just take a walk, enjoying the baroque architecture of the square, especially the St. Nicholas Cathedral.

In the afternoon you can visit the Old Town, Prague Castle, and at night you can have a lot of fun at the disco or sit in a romantic setting in restaurants accompanied by the folk music of local performers.

A little about the capital of Austria

Vienna is the capital of Austria, nestled at the foot of the Alps. This truly royal city is the former capital of the Roman Empire and the residence of the powerful Habsburg dynasty. The history of Vienna dates back more than three thousand years. Under the Habsburgs, the city became the capital and its imperial elegance is the legacy of this dynasty.

Vienna is a world-famous music center, thanks to a long line of famous musicians who lived and worked in this city: Mozart, Beethoven, Haydn, Schubert, Brahms. The Vienna Boys Choir, various musical events such as the New Year’s Concert or the annual Ball at the Vienna Opera are famous all around the world.

Vienna is grandeur and luxury with a touch of antiquity, Vienna is a city of music and great musicians, Vienna is a city of horse-drawn carriages and dancing white stallions, Vienna is an amazing coffee and famous apple strudel.

Today, Vienna is presented to the world as a modern metropolis, in which people from all countries find their place. Many UN organizations have found their headquarters here, and Vienna has thus become a major city for congresses and conferences. In the world, you can find only a few places, where the symbiosis of the past and the present is as successful as it is in this city.

The city is charming and beautiful as the music itself, the aroma of coffee, the clatter of horse hooves on the cobblestone pavement, the smell of mulled wine and fir-tree paws before Christmas …

2 days in Budapest

A little about the capital of Hungary

Budapest is located on the banks of the Danube river in the very center of Hungary. The river divides it into two parts: western mountainous and hilly Buda and eastern flat Pest).

This is the only resort capital in the world, all thanks to the thermal springs, on the basis of which dozens of baths have been built in Budapest.

The city is almost 2000 years old. In the 1st century AD, Romans founded Aquincum on the hills of Buda, which became a part of the Roman Empire. Then the Magyars came here with their king Ishtvan, who is considered one of the main patrons of Budapest.

Nevertheless, Budapest was officially founded on November 17, 1873, on this day when Buda and Pest united in a new city.

Today’s Budapest is the most beautiful city on the Danube, occupying a worthy place among European capitals due to the presence of valuable historical and architectural monuments. The city also attracts thousands of guests thanks to a large number of thermal springs, from which more than 70 million liters of thermal water daily come to the surface. In addition, Budapest is a city of gastronomy, fine coffee, and wine, which, combined with the hospitality of the locals, makes it especially attractive to tourists.
